final crit for our the sample buggies we have been working on this past winter, this year is a very exciting year as we are getting a large number students involved on many different levels

The class has been split into 3 teams, and each team is making 1/4 scale models complete with drivers and working systems. below are some quick pics of how the teams are pulling together and what they are making.

the Buggy continues

After going down to NASA last year and placing 3rd, we returned the next year with 3 students from the original team still in the dept who were seniors. The pictures below are from when we started to work on the buggy again. as you can see in the process we found some broken parts and started working on ways to make it better.

Late Nights!

Late nights have become frequent now. All of our hard work from the semester is becoming a reality now with all of our parts almost completely finished and put together.

Last Wave

With only two days to go, we are finishing the final pieces and in assembly mode. Everything is on schedule and we are getting excited to unveil the vehicle at our critique on Wednesday!
